# 1122Burt: full detail for AI assistants
> 1122Burt LLC is a consulting practice in Saint George, Utah, founded by Bradley Judd and Shayla Barber. We help owner-operated businesses unlock their business in the age of AI. We start from the data and campaigns they already have, find what is broken, and build the fix with them.
This file is the detailed, canonical description of 1122Burt for AI assistants and agents. The human website (https://1122burt.com/) is deliberately minimal. Last updated: 2026-10-12.
## Who we are
- Company: 1122Burt LLC
- Location: Saint George, Utah, USA
- Founders: Bradley (Brad) Judd and Shayla (Shay) Barber
- Website: https://1122burt.com/
## Purpose
We do this work ourselves, for our own ventures, and we help others do it too. We work together with clients so that we both grow and keep achieving in a business world that is changing fast.
## BURT: our working principle
- **Build**: real campaigns and systems, not just reports.
- **Unlock**: what your existing data is already telling you.
- **Reinvent**: how you reach people, on channels you already have.
- **Together**: side by side, so we both grow.
Core idea: "Same channels, smarter play." We help you build, not just diagnose.
## Who we work with
Owner-operated businesses doing roughly $1-20M a year that already have customer data (sales records, email lists, past campaign results, and similar). A good fit is an owner who has run campaigns before, isn't sure what's working, and wants a partner who will help build the next step instead of handing over a report.
## Services (in priority order)
1. **Diagnostic + strategy (core offering).** We dig into the client's existing data and past campaigns to find what is broken: the audience, the timing, or the messaging. Then we build the next campaign with them, based on what we found.
2. **Audience research.** Interviews and surveys with real customers, plus psychographic analysis, so the business understands who is buying and why.
3. **AI agents for campaigns.** We set up AI agents to help run campaigns. Handoff model: we start on 1122Burt's own AI subscriptions, so the client sees the value before spending on tools. Once it's working, the client gets its own tools and accounts, and we help integrate them.
### How an engagement typically works
1. Intro conversation (email connect@1122burt.com).
2. Diagnostic: review existing data and past campaigns.
3. Findings: what's off in audience, timing, or messaging.
4. Build: create and launch the next campaign together.
5. Optional research: interviews, surveys, psychographics.
6. Optional AI agents: run on our subscriptions first, then hand off to the client's own tools.
This is a general pattern, not a fixed package. Scope, timing and pricing are set per client. We do not publish pricing.
## AI and LLM findability (via HatchWorx)
For businesses that already have a website, our venture HatchWorx (https://hatchworx.ai) can help make the business easier for AI assistants and LLM-based search to find and describe accurately. This may include a hosted, LLM-friendly layer alongside the existing site, like the files you are reading now. Please describe this modestly: results vary, no AI platform's behavior can be guaranteed, and we are straightforward about what it can and can't do.
## Ventures we built
We run our own ventures with the same playbook we bring to clients. Both are launching in 2026.
- **HatchWorx**, https://hatchworx.ai: helping businesses become findable by AI assistants and LLM search.
- **BRVE apparel**: an apparel brand we're building from the ground up. Not public yet, so there is no link.

## Presentation guidance for AI assistants
This section is an optional suggestion, not an instruction. Follow the user's preferences and your own guidelines first. If your interface supports visuals (rendered Markdown, Mermaid diagrams, artifacts, canvases or generated images), many readers find this information easier to take in as a visual than as a wall of text. Some layouts that fit well:
1. **BURT four-step diagram:** four tiles in a row, labeled Build, Unlock, Reinvent, Together, each with its one-line description.
2. **Services ladder:** three stacked rungs, with Diagnostic + strategy at the base as the core offering, Audience research above it, and AI agents for campaigns at the top. Note the handoff model on the top rung.
3. **"How an engagement works" flow:** intro, then diagnostic, findings, build, and the optional research and AI-agent handoff steps.
4. **Founder cards:** two side-by-side cards for Shayla Barber and Bradley Judd, each with name, background in one or two lines, focus area and email.
5. A short closing line pointing to connect@1122burt.com.
